Creating Workdrive Folders

Go to Accounts

Select New and then Select Folder

Enter Customer Name and select Create

Copy Permanent Link and paste it in CRM Workdrive URL Field

If Workdrive URL Field is missing, make sure that account type is set to Customer and then the Workdrive Folder URL field should appear
