Convert Audio to WAV files
CloudNow Meta and Zultys need audio files in .wav format with specific settings. This doc shows how to use covertio.co to convert any audio file to this format.

Instructions:
Navigate to:
Use File icon to upload the file that needs to be converted
On the next screen select the empty ... box and choose WAV
Then click the 
icon to adjust the WAV settings.
Fill out the form to match the screenshot below.
The click convert 
Wait a few seconds and then click Download. 
The produced file should be able to be uploaded CloudNow Meta or Zultys systems.
